Pfleiderer Replaces Communications Head

Neumarkt, Germany, June 20, 2008--Pfleiderer AG said that the head of its communications and investor relations departments, Gala Conrad, is leaving the company.

The company said the departments will be managed separately.

On July 1, Fabian Schiffer, who is leaving German Sports Television, will assume responsibility for internal and external corporate communication.

Lothar Sindel, who has been at Pfleiderer since December 2007, will be head of the Investor Relations department.

“Ms. Conrad has delivered very good work in the past two years and has constantly maintained optimal contacts between the company, the public and the stakeholders," said CEO Hans Overdiek.

"Our new appointments will ensure continuity in those functions."
