Pfleiderer Reducing Number of Board Seats

Neumarkt, Germany, Oct. 17, 2011 -- In the context of its company-wide restructuring Pfleiderer AG said it is reducing the number of Executive Board positions.

The contracts of service of Pawel Wyrzykowski and Heiko Graeve have been terminated by mutual consent, the company said.

Their tasks will be performed by the other board members.
