Today Pfleiderer Sweden publishes an offer document regarding its offer to the shareholders in Pergo. The offer document is available on Pfleiderer AG's website www.pfleiderer.com. The offer document and an acceptance form will be distributed to shareholders in Pergo whose holdings are registered in their own names. The acceptance period for the offer commences on Thursday 25 January 2007 and ends on Friday 23 February 2007.
