Pfleiderer Names New Chief Financial Officer

Neumarkt, Germany, May 27, 2008--Pfleiderer AG has appointed Heiko Graeve as the company's new chief financial officer, effective June 1.

The company in January announced the immediate departure of Derrick Noethe from the CFO post without giving any reasons.

Graeve has been responsible for finances at the company as general manager since Noethe's departure.
