Pfleiderer Names Executive Board Member

Neumarkt, Germany, April 8, 2008-- Pfleiderer AG has named. Pawel Wyrzykowski as a member of its Executive Board, effective after Sept. 1.

Wyrzykowski has worked for the Pfleiderer Group in Eastern Europe since 1998 and has been chairman of the Executive Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A., Poland, since 2003.

Wyrzykowski will be responsible for sales, marketing and product strategy.
