Pfleiderer Names Board Member, Interim Chair

Neumarkt, Germany, Feb. 7, 2011 -- Pfleiderer AG has named Herbert Noichl as an interim member of the supervisory board.

He takes over from Friedhelm Päfgen, who resigned Dec. 31.

Previously, Herbert Noichl held the post of financial director from 2006, and the post of chairman of the board of directors from 2007, at Van Genechten Packaging N.V.

He is a managing partner of management consultancy firm cfo Unternehmensberatung und Finanzmanagement GmbH, based in Niederndorf, Austria.

In addition, Hanno C. Fiedler will take over as acting chairman of the board beginning Feb. 18.
