Pfleiderer Names Board Member for Restructuring

Neumarkt, Germany, Dec. 13, 2010 -- Pfleiderer has named Ernst Pelzer to the newly created executive board position for Restructuring. He will play an essential part in the reorganization of the company.

Ernst Pelzer worked as a consultant at Roland Berger for over 10 years, most recently as a senior advisor, and was previously in charge of group financing at Schering AG and Hanse Holding.
