Pfleiderer Makes Board Appointment

Neumarkt, Feb. 24, 2011 -- Pfleiderer AG said that Stephan Brock has been appointed to the company's supervisory board.

Since the beginning of 2010, Brock has worked as a lawyer at a firm specializing in corporate law and antitrust law. He is also a lecturer in strategic management and M&A at the International School of Business in Dortmund.
