Personal Incomes Increased by 0.6% in October
Washington, DC, November 30, 2016—Personal income increased $98.6 billion (0.6%) in October according to estimates released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
Disposable personal income (DPI) increased $86.5 billion (0.6%) and personal consumption expenditures (PCE) increased $38.1 billion (0.3%).
Real DPI increased 0.4% in October and Real PCE increased 0.1%.
The PCE price index increased 0.2%. Excluding food and energy, the PCE price index increased 0.1%.
