London, England, April 6, 2006--The fourth trade fair for the hand-woven Persian carpet is to be held in Kish next month, IranMania.com reported. Kish is a small exotic island in the Persian Gulf.
The trade fair will promote Iran’s arts and crafts with a wide range of exhibits as well as workshops by economists, researchers and experts in the field.
The exhibition is sponsored by the Trade Development Center of Kish Island, Kish Free Trade Zone, Union of the Exporters of Iran’s Hand-Woven Carpet as well as the Union of the German Importers of Iran’s Hand-Woven Carpet.
The exposition will open at the Kish Free Trade Zone at 6 p.m., on May 9.
