Perpetual Machine Acquires Lessco

Dalton GA, September 21, 2005--Perpetual Machine Company (PMC) announced the completion of the asset acquisition of Lessco, a Dalton-based manufacturer of carpet, rug and textile manufacturing equipment. Founded in 1976 by Lamar Brown, Lessco has been a leading manufacturer of various carpet and textile equipment including latex foaming equipment, bulk storage and compounding systems, laminating and polyurethane application systems. It has equipment installations worldwide, and is currently working on projects in Russia. Lessco’s approx. 40 employees will now be part of the PMC family. “As part of our ongoing expansion efforts and business strategy,” announced PMC president Danny Morgan, “the addition of Lessco’s established product line will enhance our global mission of providing quality engineering and machinery for the carpet, rug and textile industry.
