Pergo Wins European Patent Dispute

Raleigh, NC, May 20, 2010-- Pergo said it has successfully defended a European patent related to flooring panels with a digitally-printed design that is applied directly to the core of the carrier.

Pergo said that a claim for complete revocation of the patent had been made in the European Patent Office.

The decision reinforces Pergo’s position in the field of digital printing and flooring surface design, Pergo said.
