Pergo, Unilin Reach License Agreement

Neumarkt, Germany, Nov. 16, 2009--Earlier this month, Pfleiderer subsidiary Pergo, and Unilin completed a license agreement granting Unilin access to Pergo’s patents covering fold-down joints for flooring.

“This agreement permits Unilin to manufacture and sell its Multifit joint under Pergo’s PerfectFold patents for engineered wood flooring products” says Ralf Eisermann, CEO of Pergo AG.
