Pergo Suing Unilin for Violation of 13 Patents

Trelleborg, Germany, March 5, 2008--Pergo (Europe) AB and Pergo LLC are suing Unilin for patent infringement.

The action charges the Unilin companies with infringement of 13 of Pergo's U.S. patents for inventions such as tight glue-less mechanically locking joints for flooring, traditional laminate moldings, the 4-in-1 moldings, digital printing, embossed in register and end-block matching.

The complaint requests an injunction, damages and costs.
