Pergo Sues Faus

Trelleborg, Sweden, August 6--Pergo, Inc. filed an action for damages and injunctive relief under United States and North Carolina state laws against Faus Group, Inc. and Industrias Auxiliares Faus S.L. The suit, which was filed in U.S. District Court in Raleigh, N.C., charges Faus Group, Inc. and Industrias Auxiliares Faus S.L. with copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices and unfair competition. The complaint alleges that Faus Group and Faus S.L. have, among other things, misappropriated Pergo's designs and breached their contractual obligations to Pergo in their supply agreement.
