Pergo Names Eisermann CEO in Realignment

Baar, Switzerland, Aug. 30, 2010--Pergo announced that Ralf Eisermann will assume the role of president and CEO of Pergo, LLC, taking over for George Kelley as part of a realignment of its operations.

Eisermann is currently CEO of Pergo AG.

Kelley will resign as president and CEO effective Sept. 1, but will remain as a consultant.

David Hartman will handle sales and marketing in North America.

“Mr. Kelley joined Pergo in 2007 after Pfleiderer AG acquired the company and effectively handled and completed the integration of Pergo into the Pfleiderer Group,” said Pawel Wyrzykowski, the chairman of Pergo, LLC’s Board of Directors.
