Pergo NA Emerges from Corporate Turnaround

Raleigh, NC, Jan. 24, 2012 -- Pergo North America said it has successfully emerged from a corporate turnaround program that involved making significant capital and structural investments in order to ensure long-term financial stability.

Pergo said that over the past year it has re-evaluated and restructured its business model, product lines and customer service methods, resulting in stronger than anticipated 2011 sales.

Pergo North America, part of Pfleiderer AG, says it operates independently. Pfleiderer has announced plans to sell its North American operations.
