Pergo Group CFO To Leave

Trelleborg, Sweden, Jan 14--Annette Kumlien, the present CFO of the Pergo group will leave the company to assume the position as CFO of the Höganäs group. Kumlien will terminate her employment with Pergo during the spring of 2004.
