Pergo Clarifys CCA Severance Statement

Raleigh, NC, May 18, 2007—Earlier this week Pergo announced a change in its existing relationship with flooring retail cooperative CCA Global Partners.

Yesterday CCA requested Pergo better clarify a statement within the release made by Mark Nagele, Pergo's director of business development in which Nagele was quoted as saying ".Pergo's distributors have been understanding and supportive of our decision."

CCA felt this quote was misleading and misinterpreted as Pergo independently decided to leave the CCA program. CCA made their decision to end the contract with Pergo independently and recently informed Pergo of this decision.
