Pergo and Witex Settle Patent Infringement Suit

Trelleborg, Sweden, August 9--Pergo (Europe) AB and Witex AG have settled the patent infringement lawsuit initiated by Pergo against Witex USA, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Pergo had alleged that Witex USA, Inc. was infringing Pergo's U.S. Patent Nos. 6,397,547 B1 and 6,421,970 B1 through Witex's manufacture and sale of mechanically-locking flooring panels.
