Paul Meberg of Consolidated Flooring Has Died

New York, NY, December 30, 2025-Paul Meberg, owner of Consolidated Flooring from 1991-2021, died on December 27. He was 72.

He started his career as a warehouse worker for Consolidated Flooring, then became an installer and mechanic. Over time, he transitioned into leadership and project management roles, going on to become one of the third-generation co-owners of the business. Some of his major accounts included Pfizer, the Federal Reserve, PepsiCo, Barclay’s Bank and Hudson Yards.
