Patcraft Names Shannon Cochran VP of Creative & Product Dev.

Cartersville, GA, December 2, 2016—Patcraft, a brand of Shaw Industries, has announced the promotion of Shannon Cochran to vice president of creative and product development.

Cochran brings with her more than two decades of flooring industry expertise and a reputation for pioneering product design and innovation leadership.

Most recently, Cochran led product design and innovation as the design director for Shaw Contract’s Corporate Design Studio, overseeing some of the studio’s most celebrated styles, including broadloom, tile and hard surface collections.

Cochran replaces Pam Rainey, who was recently promoted to vice president of residential hard surface product design for Shaw Industries.

As design director with Shaw Contract’s Corporate Design Studio, including the brand’s workplace and education segments, Cochran led product design and innovation. She worked closely with marketing and manufacturing teams to launch a variety of products, including a range of award-winning collections. As a key team member, Cochran’s leadership and collaboration helped Shaw Contract earn 18 Best of NeoCon awards.
