Panariagroup Seeks Debt Haircut
New York, NY, October 2, 2025-Panariagroup has a financial debt of €243 million as of the end of 2023 and is currently seeking a debt haircut from lenders due to declining performance and slowing demand for its tiles, reports Bloomberg.
The company is negotiating a restructuring plan, and the Mussini family, the majority shareholder, is open to injecting fresh capital into the group as part of the debt renegotiations.
Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Italy, Panariagroup owns multiple brands, including Florida Tile, Cotto d'Este and Lea Ceramiche and has a global sales network in over 130 countries.
