PanAmerican Stone and Tile Expo Issues Call for To
Jupiter, FL, Sept 12--The PanAmerican Stone and Tile Exposition has announced a “Call for Topics” for its March 30 – April 1, 2004 conference program entitled “DISCOVERY'04”.
The event is scheduled to run in the morning before PanAm Expo opens its doors to fabricators, distributors, importers, architects, interior designers and other professionals involved in the business of dimensional stone, stone tile, and ceramic tile.
The conference will be highly focused on providing up-to-date and current information presented by established industry leaders. If you believe that you can develop a topic that meets this criteria, we strongly encourage you to submit an outline of your proposed presentation at DISCOVERY'04. The format for presentations may be as varied as you wish and can range from a solo presentation to a panel discussion of experts lead by an industry leader. We encourage industry publications and their editors to develop one of their magazines major themes as a potential topic.
Four sessions of 1 hour each will be run concurrently on each morning of the show. Unlike other conferences for this industry, the emphasis will be on quality and not quantity. By having a maximum of 12 sessions we will be ensuring that DISCOVERY'04 quickly becomes the most respected educational event for the stone and tile industries.
If you believe you have a topic, which meets this criteria, and can properly organize it for presentation, we sincerely want you to submit a topic for DISCOVERY'04. Session leaders will receive full coach-class travel reimbursement, two nights accommodations, and an honorarium of $1,500.
Topics for consideration can be presented in any format chosen. Please send them with a brief bio to Anita Bailey, Conference Director, DISCOVERY'04 c/o The PanAm Expo, 1601 Commerce Lane, Suite 103, Jupiter, Florida 33458. Submissions may also be made via fax to 561.747.9466 and by email to abailey@tradeshowintl.com.
We look forward to creating a highly meaningful and valuable educational experience for the stone and tile industries. Thank you for your attention and enthusiasm in helping us create this significant event. Please make your submission no later than November 30, 2003.
