Orian Rugs Signs Agreement with Jerry Garcia Estat
Anderson, SC, December 8--Orian Rugs announces it has signed a licensing agreement with Jerry Garcia Estate, LLC to design, produce, market, and sell area rugs under the J. Garcia brand.
Jerry Garcia was a unique artist and genuine icon of American pop culture. Over a thirty-year span, as the lead guitarist, singer and composer for the Grateful Dead and the Jerry Garcia Band, Jerry became best known for his superb and versatile musicianship. Tremendously prolific, he performed in concert before more fans than any other musician in history.
Although less known for his fine art, Jerry approached it with the same intensity as music. Between 1985 and 1995 he created close to 500 individual pieces in watercolor, gouache, pencil, ink, airbrush and digital media.
