Vancouver, CANADA, Dec. 4, 2002--Vancouver based Nuheat, a manufacturer of radiant heating mats, is targeting the U.S. for expansion. The firm is setting up new offices in Vancouver dedicated to servicing the Midwest, the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, and other regions in the country.
Nuheat's radiant heating mats are installed between the subfloor and tile floor in places like bathrooms (adding about $500 to the construction costs of a 3x7 bathroom) using standard tile installation materials. A certified electrician connects the Nuheat system to a dedicated circuit.
