NTCA 2008 Total Solutions Slated for Maryland

Jackson, MS, December 12, 2007--The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) announced that its 2008 Total Solutions Business and Technical Conference will be held next year at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center on the Potomac River on September 18-20, 2008.

Opening in early 2008 and located on the banks of the Potomac River in Prince George’s County, Maryland, the resort will be the cornerstone of the National Harbor development, a dynamic, two billion dollar, 300 acre waterfront resort community.  Gaylord National is easily accessible, within 15 minutes driving distance from Washington Reagan International Airport, and 45 minutes from Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International airports.

With this new location in 2008, Total Solutions will include high-profile industry technical and business speakers, hands-on demonstrations and event participation. Total Solutions offers contractors the opportunity to learn about new products, methods, and processes, all while networking in a relaxed environment with fellow contractors and other industry personnel.

“I have spent a great deal of money to attend every event I can,” said Jeff McCammack, president of McCammack Tile, Inc. “The reason is simple: We come because we learn so much that you cannot pin it on one presentation, one idea, or one convention. It is the whole picture of value. I am a better contractor today because yesterday I attended a show, seminar or open house. Being involved is not an expense that makes you money that day, but without that expense you may never use the knowledge that you experienced,” McCammack said.
