Nourison Host Liz Claiborne Party at Atlanta Marke
Atlanta, GA, January 19, 2007--Nourison Corp. celebrated its much-anticipated launch of area rugs and accent rugs under the Liz Claiborne Home brand name by hosting a showroom party on Thursday during market week in Atlanta. An initial three collections were officially launched to the trade as the show opened yesterday. More than 500 retailers and buyers enjoyed the Persian style foods and live music during the three-hour event in Nourison’s showroom (space 3F2) while sales reps continued to show collections. By the end of the evening, early orders for Liz Claiborne collections were very strong. Daniela DelGreco, brand manager for Liz Claiborne Home, said, “We are very pleased with all of Nourison’s efforts to ensure the successful launch of the Liz Claiborne Home rug program. Their commitment has resulted in beautifully designed products in a variety of styles that coordinate perfectly with Liz Claiborne Home products.” Alex Peykar, one of the principals of Nourison, comments, “We are delighted to begin this partnership with Liz Claiborne Inc. “Working together, Liz Claiborne and Nourison have created distinctive lines of area and accent rugs which complement other products in the Liz Claiborne Home Collection and enable the fashion-forward consumer to create a coordinated look in every room of her home.” Items will be available to consumers in mid-2007 at home furnishings specialty retailers and flooring stores across the nation.
