Dallas, TX, Oct. 21--In addition to all the other exciting NEW programs at Surfaces that help attendees improve their businesses and increase their bottom line, Surfaces 2004 offers a first-ever opportunity for these floor covering professionals to “Come and Be Heard” at the ALL-NEW Town Hall! With all the changes that face retailers, manufacturers, distributors, architects, designers, builders and installers today, it is important for them to know what’s coming, what their peers are doing about it and how they can plan accordingly. “It seems that floor covering professionals are seeing a lot of change in the industry”, says Michelle Troop, Senior Show Director, Surfaces, “the Town Hall will allow them to ask questions about how these changes will affect them.” Attendees will be asked to submit questions about challenges they face in their businesses or simply concerns they have about the industry. At the Town Hall, a panel of experts from a wide range of areas that affect day-to-day business will address these questions/concerns. Panelists will include a retailer, manufacturer, distributor and residential construction and floor covering industry forecasters. The 2004 Town Hall moderator will be K.
