Noblesville, IN, October 25--A new type of flooring makes it easier to turn the attic into storage space.
Attic Dek consists of recycled-plastic panels that screw into floor joists to create a floor for storage or a pathway to hard-to-reach spaces. Each square will support 200 pounds.
The panels are available in 16-inch or 24-inch squares, designed to fit joists that are spaced 16 inches or 24 inches on center.
The size makes them easy to carry up ladders or pull-down stairs and fit through small attic openings.
Suggested retail price is $24.95 for four 16-inch panels or two 24-inch panels.
