NeoCon 2005 Names Winners in Floorcovering

Chicago, IL, June 23--The Best of NeoCon winners in the floorcovering categories were announced at the show last week. In Broadloom Carpet, the Gold winner was Tandus Monterey's Colouresce collection and the Silver winner was Shaw Contract's L7 collection. In Modular Carpet, the Gold winner was Shaw Contract's L7. Three silver awards were presented - Interface Floor's B&W and Proscenium collections and Milliken's Way collection. In Flooring, Johnsonite's Five New Textures for Rounded Rubber won the Gold award and Forbo's Marmoleum Global was awarded the Silver award. Two new categories were added this year. Zeftron Nylon's Enviro6ix won the Gold award and Invista's Antron with StainResist won the silver award. In the new Innovation category, Karastan Contract's Translations and Lees 2Faced were both named.
