Nature Flooring Names Jon Hammel President of OEM Segment

Malvern, PA, November 19, 2025-Nature Flooring Industries (NFI), an OEM and ODM manufacturer of flooring and home products, announced the appointment of John Hammel as vice president of its OEM business segment.

NFI's product portfolio includes engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, SPC, PVC-free, cabinetry, plywood, decorative doors and outdoor decking solutions. 

Hammel brings over 28 years of product-related experience to NFI. He most recently served as senior director of residential hard surfaces at Mannington Mills, where he spent four years driving product strategy and execution. Prior to that, Hammel dedicated 13 years to Shaw Industries, holding leadership roles in product management and development. His career also includes 11 years in other industries, consistently focused on product innovation and manufacturing excellence.

In his new role, Hammel will oversee all aspects of NFI's OEM flooring business, leveraging his deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and proven track record in product development to accelerate growth.
