Nafco by Tarkett Expands Builder Market Offerings

Houston, TX, March 29--Nafco by Tarkett, today announced expanded product offerings and support services for the builder market, including new collections of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), unique customization options, and increased sales support tools. It will now be easier for builders to offer consumers flooring options that are beautiful yet durable, long-lasting yet affordable and easy to maintain yet stylish. “We are committed to supporting builders and providing them with materials that will benefit them as well as their customers,” said LeFort. “Our on-trend flooring options and comprehensive sales support materials make specifying simple for the builder, and our exclusive finishes and product features make maintenance easy for the homebuyer, so it is a win-win.” The Good Living Collection is comprised of five stylish contemporary patterns – three tile and two wood – and is designed to offer the looks of weathered stone and classic wood. This collection joins the Better Living Collection, which includes the innovative PermaStone line and offers the widest selection of design and color choices available and the Best Living Collection, which among other patterns includes the popular PermaStone® Modular line. This range of product lines offers builders price points for every prospect, providing them the opportunity to up grade their offerings and increase their profit margins. In addition to the three core collections, builders can request the manufacture of their choice of pattern, gauge and/or color, within the Nafco line, even for low quantity orders. In addition to the wide range of colors and designs, Nafco also offers the exclusive GroutFit™ System. Most conventional flooring tiles have grout on all four sides, which leaves a visible seam right in the middle of the grout. Select Nafco tiles feature the GroutFit System, which includes grout on only two sides, so when laid together the result is a beautiful, realistic, seamless grout line. Nafco is easier to maintain since the floor requires no waxing, buffing or scrubbing.
