Multi-Family Green Building Guidelines Published

Bloomington, IN, July 18, 2008--Build It Green, a professional non-profit membership organization to promote healthy, energy- and resource-efficient buildings in California, has recently published Multifamily Green Building Guidelines (2008 Edition).

This comprehensive technical resource for new and modified green projects, though sometimes specific to California, has broad international appeal.

Originally released in 2004, the completely updated 2008 edition features guidelines to determine appropriate strategies for specific projects and schedules, guidelines for incorporating green building, requirements into project specifications,  cost and benefit analyses, techniques and technologies,climate change impacts for specific green building measures, and other information.
