Mullican Names Winners of Photo Contest

Johnson City, TN, April 12, 2012 -- Britt Lakin, a professional photographer from Dublin, Ohio, won the $5,000 grand prize in Mullican Flooring’s “We Love Our Mullican Floor!” photo contest conducted on Facebook.
 
Lakin’s winning photo, which depicts her home’s family room, displays prefinished, solid “walnut nature” hardwood flooring from Mullican’s Nature Collection. The photo received 3,003 votes and 5,547 Facebook views.
 
The competition’s first place – a $1,000 prize – went to Dan Amonett of Murfreesboro, Tenn., whose photo received 158 votes and 536 Facebook views.
 
Both winners were determined based on popular votes cast on the contest's Facebook page.
