Mullican Line Gets FSC Pure Certification

Johnson City, TN, March 11, 2009--Mullican Flooring has achieved Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Pure certification for its new Green Haven line of domestic solid hardwood flooring. 

Green Haven products carry the FSC PURE certification, indicating they are made entirely of wood or fiber originating from FSC-certified forests. Additionally, the FSC Chain of Custody certificate guarantees that the wood meets FSC standards through the supply chain in each successive stage – including processing, transformation and manufacturing – to the final product.

The FSC is an international organization that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests.
