Johnson City, TN, May 18--Karen Williams has joined Mullican Flooring’s customer service department at the company’s headquarters in Johnson City, TN.
Williams brings more than a decade of customer service experience to Mullican, including her most recent position in customer service and accounts payable for Nor-Well Company, Inc.
“Karen’s experience and positive attitude will mesh well with our customer service department,” says Brian Greenwell, Mullican’s vice president of sales and marketing. “She will play a vital role in helping us build valued relationships with our customers.”
