Mullican Adds Interstate Supply to Distribution Ne
Johnson City, TN, October 4, 2006--Mullican Flooring has added Interstate Supply Co. to its distributor network. Interstate Supply will offer Mullican’s full range of products to its customers in key Midwest markets.
Headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., Interstate Supply distributes floor covering products to flooring retailers and commercial flooring contractors throughout Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and southern Illinois. Interstate Supply operates distribution warehouses in St. Louis, Springfield, Mo., Kansas City, Kan., Wichita, Kan., Oklahoma City, Okla., and Tulsa, Okla.

The company offers a complete line of unfinished solid flooring that includes clear, clear-quartered, select and select-quartered oaks, herringbone slats and specialty species such as ash, cherry, walnut, hickory, hard maple, red oak, white oak and a variety of exotic species. Plank is available in three-, four-, five-, six- and seven-inch widths in a wide variety of species. Rustic grades are also available. The company’s complete line of prefinished solid flooring includes oak, maple, cherry, walnut, hickory, rustics, hand-sculpted products and an extensive selection of exotic species.
Mullican’s prefinished engineered product is available in a number of species featured in 9/16-, 1/2-, 3/8- and 5/16-inch thicknesses and three- and five-inch widths. The company offers a 1/2-inch hand-sculpted engineered product available in five-inch widths of oak, hickory, maple, walnut, cherry and merbau, in addition to five-inch widths of machine distressed and wire brushed flooring, featuring 14 species and color combinations. Mullican’s unfinished engineered flooring is available in a number of species in 9/16-inch thickness and three- and five-inch widths.
