Moszkowski Named Interim CEO at Fieldturf Tarkett

Montreal, Quebec, July 27, 2007--FieldTurf Tarkett has named David Moszkowski interim CEO, executive vice president, following the sudden death of John Gilman.

Formerly senior VP, Moszkowski will assume Gilman's role on the board of directors. Moszkowski will also lead an executive committee to manage the transition.

The executive committee is made up of the key department heads that have been responsible for the day-to-day operations over the past several years. After many years with the company, Hank Steinbrecher will be taking on an expanded role within the committee.

A search committee has been created and will begin the search for a new CEO.
