Mohawk Holds Builder + Multifamily 2025 Design Summit

Fredericksburg, TX, October 17, 2025-From October 6 to October 8, Mohawk Builder + Multifamily welcomed top designers and industry professionals to its exclusive 2025 Design Summit, held at the Albert Hotel with a special visit to the Rhinory, home to Blake the rhino.

The three-day event brought together creative minds to explore the latest trends shaping single-family and multifamily design, participate in hands-on workshops and an innovative Red Thread Theory experience, a philosophy centered on purpose, connection and creativity.

Throughout the Summit, attendees delved into Mohawk’s Red Thread that included what Mohawk is built on, what it believes in and what it strives to expand.
