Mohawk Displays at Major Home Shows

Dalton, GA, May 2, 2011 -- Mohawk, in conjunction with major consumer publications, participated in four large consumer home shows this season.

They included the Capital Home & Garden Show in Washington, DC; the Minneapolis Home & Garden Show; the Great Big Texas Home Show in Dallas, and the Denver Home Show.

More than 200,000 people attended these shows, and Mohawk used the events to help launch its Colors of Spring National Sale, support local retailers, and educate consumers on new flooring options.

Mohawk also emphasized its SmartStrand carpet,and away samples of Mohawk FloorCare Essentials, and showcased a variety of new hard surface and laminate flooring options.

Mohawk's celebrity spokespeople Taniya Nayak and Chip Wade were also on hand
