Mohawk Commercial Announces Soft Surface Price Increase

Calhoun, GA, January 25, 2021-Mohawk Commercial will raise prices up to 8% on all commercial soft surface categories including carpet tile, tufted broadloom and woven broadloom.

These increases will be effective with orders and shipments on or after February 18, 2021.

Updated pricing will be available by February 11, 2021.

The company notes, “We are writing to advise that our industry is experiencing raw material inflation in addition to higher labor and global freight costs. Despite our best efforts to offset these higher costs, we find it necessary to increase prices on our soft surface products.”
