Mohawk ColorCenter Retailers Win Trips

Dalton, GA, Mar. 24--Retailers attending the Mohawk ColorCenter Convention in Kissimmee, Florida had opportunities to win a variety of prizes, ranging from collections of stuffed animals to trips and merchandise worth thousands of dollars. Virtually no one went home empty-handed. Three big winners were retailers who won this year’s grand prizes: trips that were awarded to the 2005 Mohawk ColorCenter convention. Winners were Brian Frost of American Wholesale in Mesa, AZ; Teresa Rose of Solomons Carpet in Solomons, MD; and Joseph Fairbrother of Sunset Carpet & Draperier in Naples, FL. "The Mohawk ColorCenter Convention is a critical business planning event. Many retailers find it so valuable, that not only store owners, but other key staff members attend," said Manny Llerena, Vice President of Retail Marketing. "That’s one of the reasons why each year we award three trips as grand prizes to the next year’s convention." The prizes include travel expenses and lodging for two to the 2005 convention. The Mohawk ColorCenter Convention in Orlando brought together retailers large and small from all over the nation. More than 2100 people were in attendance at this year’s event, many of them bringing family members to enjoy what has become a Mohawk family gathering.
