MMFA Reclassifies Product Categories

Bielefeld, DE, January 15, 2019-The Multilayer Modular Flooring Association (MMFA) has assigned new names to product groups related to floating multilayer modular flooring (MMF).

The current classification system will be retained with products grouped according to their construction type, all under the umbrella MMF term.

The group has added the following new product categories: wood; polymer, divided into rigid and LVT; and mixed.

At present, MMFA has 23 members, 26 associate members and two supporting members. Tarkett France and Neodecortech joined the organization in January 2019.
