Milliken Hires Hillis as Business Manager

Lagrange, Georgia, January 16, 2007--Mr. Steve Hillis has joined the Floor Covering Division of Milliken & Company in the role of business manager over its Hospitality Carpets Business. Mr. Hillis has more than 27 years experience in the carpet industry, serving most recently as senior vice president of Sales for Durkan Hospitality Carpet, a division of Mohawk Industries. Mr. Jim Bridges, formerly business manager for Milliken Hospitality Carpets, will take the role of business manager for the Residential Carpet and Rug Business of Milliken. Mr. Bridges has more than 35 years experience in the residential and hospitality businesses. Mr. Chris Brown, formerly responsible for both the Residential Carpet and North American Mat businesses of Milliken, will now lead the consolidated Global Mat business of Milliken Floor Covering.
