Metropolitan Floors Names Trevor Williams President & COO

Vancouver, BC, October 17, 2025-Metropolitan Floors announced the appointment of Trevor Williams as president & chief operating officer.

In his new role, Williams will support Metropolitan Floors by introducing operational efficiencies across all departments, leveraging his extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Dave Sandover will continue in his role as CEO and product manager for Kentwood.

Williams, new to flooring, has advised organizations across 12 countries, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost savings and operational improvements for mid-tier and Fortune 500 companies. His work has spanned across manufacturing operations improvement, warehouse and distribution center design, inventory optimization, and supply chain transformation.

In addition to his consulting experience, Williams has overseen numerous facility relocations, new distribution center establishments, and commercial and industrial real estate developments, demonstrating a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on implementation expertise.

At Metropolitan Floors, Williams will focus on expanding into new markets across the U.S. and Canada, optimizing operations and inventory management, improving warehouse layouts, and supporting potential acquisitions to accelerate growth and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader.
