Mercier Wood & Primco Announce Partnership

Montmagny, Quebec, October 23, 2007--Mercier Wood Flooring Inc. and distributor Primco Limited have formed a new commercial partnership.

Primco has more than 650 stores in its territory, served by 34 representatives, and will distribute Mercier wood flooring.

Mercier will no longer act as its own distributor in the areas served by Primco.

Primco Limited will provide both service and support.

Primco Limited, operating since 1947, has locations in Vancouver, Calgary (main office), Edmonton, Saskaton, Regina and Winnipeg. Primco supplies retailers, from the Pacific coast to Thunder Bay in Ontario, as well as in the north in Yukon, Northwestern territories and Nunavut.
