Max Windsor Enters Vinyl Market With Plank

Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Aug. 25, 2011 -- Hardwood flooring firm Max Windsor Floors has entered the PVC plank market with a glue-down textured wood look called Wood Grains LVP.

The company is deliberately calling the product a plank rather than an luxury vinyl tile product. It believes "plank" more accurately describes the product.

"The look of Wood Grains has nothing to do with tile," said Khelin Young, the company's general manager.

"The buying public thinks of tile in terms of squares."

The planks are 6" wide and come in 36" lengths.
