Marmoleum Click in “Green House” Exhibit

Hazleton, PA, August 16, 2006--The Green house: New Directions in Sustainable Architecture and Design, is the first major traveling exhibition to explore the entire field of green residential design. This 7,000 sq. ft. exhibition includes a full-scale, furnished house demonstrating sustainable principles and sets out to address the questions being asked by virtually everyone interested in the future of the American home. What makes a home green? Is a green home healthier, safer and more comfortable? Is it aesthetically appealing? Can green houses be architecturally attractive, even beautiful? What are the costs of going green? Visitors to this exhibit experience the newest developments in the green movement and are offered useful information on how to adapt new green practices, and purchase green products for their homes. Marmoleum click is included in this exhibition and is featured as a flooring finish. The green house will travel to major museums across the US for two years following its close at the DC National Building Museum in June of 2007. Visit the web site to learn more: www.NBM.org (click in Exhibitions - current – green house) Marmoleum, a natural product made primarily from linseed oil, wood flour, and pine rosins, is now available in click panels and squares. The panels click into place with an “In & Out” system. Also, no glue is required, so the floor can be walked on immediately after installation.
