Marmo USA Names Wilcockx Service Technician
Southfield, MI, July 2, 2007-- Marmo Machinery USA, a leading distributor of precision machinery to process marble and granite, announces the appointment of James A. Willockx as service technician. Willockx was appointed by George Prystash, operations manager.
In his new position, Willockx is responsible for installing and servicing Marmo Machinery USA CNC machines, bridge saws, edge polishing machines and environmental equipment. He will spend the majority of his time on the road working at granite shops around the country.
Willockx brings 25 years experience to his new position. He earned a Certified Master Mechanic license in 1982 and worked extensively in the automotive industry. He was an instructor for ten years at the Michigan Career Institute where he taught various automotive systems including electrical systems, manual transmission systems and gasoline engines. He also worked at EDS as a technical consultant assisting technicians with diagnosing automotive electronic systems. More recently, he worked at SPX Corporation where he helped engineers develop essential service tools.
